Welcome to Social Escapes! My policies are designed to create a smooth, respectful, and well-organized planning experience for every traveler. Please review them carefully before submitting your inquiry.

Planning & Turnaround Times

I take pride in giving each trip the attention it deserves.

  • Initial quotes are delivered within 3–5 business days after payment and a completed inquiry form.

  • If I request information and do not hear back within 5 days, your quote will be paused or closed due to inactivity.

Planning Fees & Payment Policies

  • All planning fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.

  • Payment is required before any research or planning begins.

  • Payments may be submitted through my website, Jotform, or Paypal.

  • Trips involving multiple departing airports will automatically incur an additional planning fee based on the number of airports selected. These fees are non-refundable.

Revisions & Changes

  • Your initial quote includes 1 complimentary revision.

  • Additional revisions are $10 each.

  • Once a trip is booked, any voluntary changes (dates, flights, room categories, etc.) will incur a $20 change fee.

  • Supplier change or cancellation fees may also apply.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip. It protects you, your investment, and your peace of mind.

If you decline coverage, you will be required to sign a Travel Insurance Waiver acknowledging full responsibility for any losses related to:

  • cancellations or missed flights

  • medical emergencies

  • baggage issues

  • natural disasters

  • accidents, delays, or unexpected travel interruptions

Insurance fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Social Escapes does not provide refunds on planning fees, research fees, or administrative fees.

  • All cancellations and refunds are subject to supplier policies only.

  • A strict NO CHARGEBACKS policy is in place. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback will result in immediate termination of services.

Booking Policies

To ensure accuracy and avoid supplier penalties:

  • All traveler names and dates of birth must match exactly as shown on government-issued IDs or passports.

  • Deposits must be submitted promptly when the supplier requires them.

  • Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.

Communication Expectations

I aim to respond to all trip-related messages within my business hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Closed on Sundays and all major holidays

All travel communication should be sent to me by email. Social media messages are not monitored for trip changes or emergencies.

Multi-Airport & Group Travel Fees

Quotes that involve multiple departure airports will include the corresponding planning fee.
All multi-airport fees are non-refundable, even if travel plans change.

Post-Booking Support

I’m here to help make your experience seamless.

  • I will assist with payment plans, special requests, and communication with suppliers.

  • Seat changes must be completed directly through the airline.

  • If an issue arises during the actual trip (transportation delays, room concerns, etc.), please get in touch with the supplier or resort front desk immediately for the fastest resolution.

Client Behavior & Professional Conduct

Social Escapes is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and supportive planning environment.

  • Disrespectful behavior, harassment, hostility, prejudice, or attempts to scam or manipulate the process will result in immediate refusal of service.

  • I reserve the right to discontinue work with any client exhibiting inappropriate or abusive behavior.

Agreement

By submitting a travel inquiry, making a payment, or booking travel through Social Escapes, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
