What does the planning fee cover?
Your planning fee covers my time researching destinations, comparing prices, curating options, communicating with suppliers, and preparing a personalized quote tailored to your needs.
Are planning fees refundable?
No. Planning fees are 100% non-refundable.
How long does it take to receive my travel quote?
You’ll receive your quote within 3–5 business days after your inquiry form and payment are submitted.
What happens if I don’t respond after receiving my quote?
If I receive no response within 5 days, your quote will be paused. You may be required to submit a new inquiry and fee to restart planning.
How many revisions are included?
You receive one complimentary revision to your quote.
What happens if I need to change my dates, destination, or number of travelers?
A $20 change fee applies. Changing major trip details alters pricing and requires additional research to rebuild your quote.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Once you officially book your trip, I will help manage your payment schedule and keep you on track with supplier deadlines.
How do I make payments?
All payments are made through my website or Jotform using secure PayPal checkout.
Do you book flights only?
No. I do not book standalone flights.
Do I have to purchase travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip and your investment.
If you decline, you must sign a waiver acknowledging full financial responsibility for any unexpected events.
If something does happen before or during travel, I am always happy to assist you in planning another trip when you’re ready.What if a supplier cancels my trip?
Refunds, credits, and policies for cancellations are fully determined by the supplier. I do not override supplier rules.
Are names important when booking?
Yes. All traveler names must match their passports or government-issued IDs exactly. Errors may result in additional fees or denied travel.
What are the passport requirements?
Clients are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates, per international regulations.
Is my information secure when I submit the inquiry form?
Yes. All forms and payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems to protect your information.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong during my trip?
For any on-trip concerns: delays, transportation issues, or room problems; please contact the travel supplier first, as they are the service provider.
Can you change my airline seats for me?
All seat selections and changes must be handled directly with the airline.
Will you help with special requests or add-ons?
Yes, I can assist with anything handled by the supplier, such as room requests, transfers, or activities.
Can I add a traveler after we’re already booked?
Yes, as long as the supplier allows it and availability remains. Additional costs may apply.
Do you monitor my flight status?
You are responsible for monitoring flight updates, gate changes, and check-in times.

Do you offer refunds?
No. Planning and service fees are non-refundable. Supplier refunds follow the supplier’s policies only.
What if I need to dispute something after travel?
All disputes must be filed with the supplier.

Do you offer last-minute bookings?
Yes, but trips must be at least 14 days away. Anything closer is not accepted.
Do you handle group trips?
Yes. Group travel is welcome. Multi-airport fees and additional planning time may apply.

All travel-related updates should be emailed. My response hours are:

Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
